Tracy Seitz

Tracy brings 29+ years of HR experience to her clients. She has served in HR roles in both the public and private sectors, working in general and senior-level roles. She enjoys serving organizations and sharing her experiences in all things HR, including talent acquisition/retention, training, benefits management, auditing HR functions/records, coaching and counseling, building policy and procedures, union avoidance, performance management, and managing HR diligence for pre- and post-transaction integration for mergers and acquisitions. Tracy attended Washburn University and is certified by SHRM and HRCI as a professional in Human Resources.
She leads with humility and compassion and can look at the heart of matters to help people. She values people and takes time to invest in others to build lasting relationships, as all people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. She sees her work in serving others as an honor given by God. Tracy is a joyous individual that brings light to the conversation!
