First Impressions Coordinator
Our office is highly interactive with our patients and our goal is to serve them and make them feel like the priority. If you have the ability to learn quickly, and pay extra attention to the small details while also being friendly and encouraging- we want to meet you!
First Impressions Coordinator qualities:

First Impressions Coordinator responsibilities:
- Willing to work as a part of a positive, close, encouraging team
- Have a passion to learn about nutrition and preventative medicine
- Warmly greet patients in-person and via phone (route and answer calls)
- Check patients in and out (scheduling, file chart)
- Prepare patient binders, prepare and print handouts (for staff and patients)
- Light bookkeeping (open/close duties)
- Ability to sell Supplements and Vitamins
- Knowledgeable on products, and supplements (what they do, dosing, etc.)
- Ability to Educate and promote products, recipes, etc. to patients
- Patient charts (pulling, preparing, verifying paperwork)
- Process payments, mail statements, file invoices
- Assist supervisor with projects and tasks
- Various clerical duties
Experience:
- Prior front desk experience in a professional office setting, 2 years required
- Prior medical experience, 1 year required
- Excellent grammar and communication skills
- Exceedingly positive and encouraging
- Strong computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
- Detail orientated
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop positive relationships with co-workers
- Ability to take initiative and give consistent and energetic effort
- Work hours could be 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. but only 3.5 days per week!
SIGN ON Bonus!
(Full-time – 3.5 days per week); $1,500 sign-on bonus (1/2 paid upon hire; the other 1/2 paid after 90 days of successful employment).

Tuesday OFF
Wednesday 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
A day in the life of an APRN / PA
- Provide diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up of nutritional and dietary needs to acute, chronic, and long-term health issues
- Assess and counsel patients and their families on nutritional needs and/or supplements
- Counsel patients on leading causes of preventable diseases and disabilities
- Effectively communicate with providers concerning recommendations for individual nutritional plans
- Supervise patients on weight loss programs, including prescription medication management
- Explain individualized weight control programs and modern treatment methods
- Have a passion to learn about nutrition and preventative medicine
APRN / PA attributes and skills:
- An individual with a collaborative spirit that eagerly jumps in to assist staff throughout the office
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and frequent interruptions with ease
- An ability to genuinely connect with and encourage patients in a friendly manner
- Ability to take initiative and give consistent and energetic effort
- Flexibility to perform needed tasks with a cheerful and helpful attitude
APRN / PA qualifications:
- Two years of clinical experience preferred
- APRN or PA license in Kansas & Missouri required
- DEA license in Kansas
- Professionalism
- Detail orientated
- Speaking and writing skills at a professional level
- Solid decision-making abilities
